Refund & Returns Policy.

To be eligible for a return, replacement,
or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition as received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues promptly.

Reporting Damage
  • Packaging Damage: If the packaging is damaged, take clear photos of the package, and report the issue to us straight away.

  • Item Damage Without Packaging Damage: If the item itself is damaged but the packaging appears intact, report this to us asap and do not install the door. Installing the product may impact your eligibility for returns, replacements, or refunds.

If any components of your order arrive damaged, we will gladly provide free replacement parts. However, we require detailed photographic evidence showing the affected areas.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Doors that have been installed, cut, or modified in any way, including drilling holes, are not eligible for return.
Return Process
  1. Contact us at hello@verodoor.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Shipping Costs
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item received.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds and Processing Time
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
